Registration begins at 12 noon on 30 September and ends at 18:00.

Hotel Check-in (same location as registration) will start at 15:00.

The first session starts at 18:30 followed by dinner.

IMPORTANT TRANSIT INFORMATION: Please look for an email in June 2024 where you will have links to register your flight; This information is critical for ensuring a seat on the bus. If you are traveling by train make sure you are arriving at the Girona Station – and please make sure you also register times using the link you will receive in June. You must register your travel information by 1 August 2024 so that we can contract buses for the correct times.

Buses will run from BCN (Barcelona’s airport) on 30 September.

NOTE: On the 30^th, the last bus leaving BCN at 15:30.

Precise bus times and the bus you are on will be provided once you have given your flight information – this is very important for planning and making sure everyone gets to the meeting!

Buses will also be running from the venue to BCN on 5 October, with the last bus being at 11:00.
