1.0 Policy Statement

This policy is written to establish tϲapp’s position and guidelines regarding the annual general increase.

2.0 General Increase

The ϲappstrives to pay its employees a fair and equitable base salary. In order to accomplish this the ϲapphas instituted an annual general increase for all active, regular employees.

3.0 Effective Date

The annual general increase is effective on the first day of the first full pay period in April.

4.0 Eligibility

Active, regular, full-time and part-time, benefit eligible ϲappemployees.

5.0 Exclusions

The following groups are excluded from the Annual General Increase:

  • Employees hired or promoted in the three (3) months leading up to the general increase effective date
  • Employees on a leave of absence (General Increase will be given upon their return to work, retro-active to the April effective date)
  • Postdoc employees who are paid according to NIH guidelines
  • Temporary employees
  • Non-ϲappstaff
  • Distinguished Scientist
  • Adjunct Scientists
