It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of ϲappEmeritus Trustee Dr. David Sheprow who died January 5, 2018, at Falmouth Hospital at the age of 93.
The ϲappflag will be lowered in his memory.
Dr. Sheprow had a long association with the MBL. He was a visiting investigator in the 1960s and 1970s, was a member of the ϲappSociety (formerly ϲappCorporation) since 1966, was a member of the ϲappAssociates, and served as a MBLTrustee from 1971 to 1977. Dr. Sheprow was also a friend of the MBLWHOI Library. In addition to being a Library Reader, he served as the chair of the Library’s Joint Users Committee from 1991 to 2009.
